PVC, Polyvinyl chloride, is one the most popular use plastic material around the world. ISO standard card usually use PVC material, two printed pvc pieces laminate under high temperature. Size for finished product is 85.5x54mm with 0.76mm thickness. Radius of the four corners is 3.18+0.3mm.
After UV printing, high temperature lamination will be used on pvc material to form glossy, matt or frosted surface. Glossy card will be bright-colored and image verisimilitude. Matt card will be a little dark and suit for deep color design style card to indicate high grade. Frosted card can easily prevent scratches, and makes the card more elegant. ABS, PET, PETG and other environment-friendly plastic sheets are also suitable for card making.
